Sinopse:
Seis meses após os eventos de Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, Samus embarca na base da Federação Galáctica, onde ela encontra outros três caçadores de recompensa: Ghor, Rundas e Gandrayda.
logo em seguida, a base é atacada pelos Piratas Espaciais, mas Samus e outros caçadores conseguem conter o ataque. após isso, eles vão até o Planeta Norion, que está sob ataque dos piratas. lá, Samus e outros caçadores são atacados por Dark Samus, que infecta a todos com a energia Phazon.
agora, Samus terá que impedir os planos de sua clone maligna, ao mesmo tempo em que lida com a infecção de Phazon que está corrompendo-a, e enfrentar os outros três caçadores já corrompidos pela energia Phazon.
Synopsis:
Six months after the events of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, Samus embarks on the base of the Galactic Federation, where she meets three other bounty hunters: Ghor, Rundas and Gandrayda.
soon after, the base is attacked by Space Pirates, but Samus and the other hunters can contain the attack. after that, they go to the Planet Norion, which is under attack from the pirates. there, Samus and the other hunters are attacked by Dark Samus, which infects everyone with the Phazon energy.
Now, Samus has to stop the plans of her evil clone, while dealing with the infection of Phazon that is corrupting her, and face the other three hunters already corrupted by the Phazon energy.
